About

Why SchuldnerClear

Built by someone who spent two years clearing his own entries.

This isn't a product built from the outside looking in. It exists because the process was harder than it should have been — and because most people navigating it get far less help than they deserve.

Why this exists

I cleared three entries, at two courts, over two years.

Along the way I learned things no government page tells you clearly: which court is actually responsible, which document format each one expects, why a filing gets rejected over a formatting detail, and how long "processing" really takes versus what's published.

Most of that time wasn't spent waiting on the court — it was spent figuring out what the court actually needed in the first place.

SchuldnerClear encodes that experience into a tool, so the next person doesn't have to spend two years learning it the hard way.

What this is — and isn't

A document-assembly tool, not a law firm.

SchuldnerClear checks your situation against real, published court requirements and prepares the exact document your court expects — filled, and ready for you to sign and file. It runs on rules, not on an AI model guessing at your case.

It is not a Rechtsanwalt, and it doesn't replace one. For disputed debts, unusual circumstances, or anything outside a straightforward paid-in-full pack, we tell you plainly. We may point toward debt counselling or legal help — we do not promise a curated lawyer referral, and we will not pretend we can handle what we cannot.

Not a deletion guarantee — courts decide outcomes.

Who it's for

For everyone facing a Schuldnerverzeichnis entry — told from an expat's experience.

German bureaucracy is hard enough in your first language. It's harder still when the letters, the forms, and the court's expectations are all in a system you didn't grow up navigating. SchuldnerClear is built from that gap, and useful whenever the administrative path is opaque — whether or not German is your first language.

Where this works today

Two courts, honestly stated.

We'd rather tell you clearly what's covered than leave you guessing.

How your data is handled

Case data stays in Frankfurt. No AI reads your case.

Everything you enter is processed on servers in Frankfurt. No AI model reads or interprets your documents — your eligibility is determined by a fixed set of rules drawn from each court's own published requirements. Email and payments use EU processors under our instructions; details are in Datenschutz.

You always review and sign your own documents, and you decide how they're filed: by post, or online via Mein Justizpostfach.

A note on legal advice

SchuldnerClear provides administrative document assembly based on public court requirements. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed Rechtsanwalt, and we'll always say so when your situation calls for it. Not a deletion guarantee — courts decide.
